All our domestic cleaners are employed directly by complete home Services and are fully vetted and reference checked. We ask for passports, proof of address, and references from previous employers. Each cleaner is personally interviewed, and are cleared to work legally in the UK. They are uniformed, and supervised by head supervisor Lydia Bradley at regular intervals, which ensures high standards on an ongoing basis.. We are an ethical business that believes in continual improvement and to achieve this we have employment practices in place to retain good staff, including paying our cleaners a fair rate. Minimum Requirements for Domestic Cleaning Services

Our domestic cleaning service consists of a clean of the areas of your home that you have contact with on a daily basis. For example, in the kitchen it's cleaning work surfaces, cooker top, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping the floors.

When booking our domestic cleaning service we ask you to provide a list of cleaning tasks required. This is completed by Lydia Bradley are senior cleaning services advisor.

We supply all cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless other arrangements have been made with us. We can also supply eco-friendly cleaning products if you wish.  Please feel free to contact us to discuss your domestic cleaning requirements, and for a free no obligation quotation.

We try to supply the same cleaner every time and in the event of holidays or sickness we can supply you with a replacement cleaner.

If you are busy working during the day you can leave our cleaner a key.  All our cleaners are trained in handling customers' keys safely.
